Message:
• Please be sure to have your tags on at all times for easy recognition during the event.

• Members who wish to help, which are NOT performing and NOT mentioned on the duty list, are automatically runners. (reply to this mail so I know who you are)

• All members are required to be present for set up on 5th June, starting from 12pm onwards. Please collect your crew passes from Erica. Report to Erica/ Azlin.

• If you have to leave the event premise at anytime, you may but kindly report back by 5p.m.

• All members are required to stay back after the event until 12am for clean up.

ALL MEMBERS: Fri, 5th June (Foyer) - Setup starts at 12pm, Backstage check and Sound check at 4.30pm, Guest arrival 7pm, Showtime 7.30pm

Decorative activities for the 'Beach Bash' will be in progress starting 5th May. Please come in to lend a hand regardless whether you are from the dance, drama or deco team. These are the time slots:

Monday, 4 - 6 (Wet Studio, 4th Floor)
Tuesday, 1 - 2 (Drama Room, 4th Floor)
Thursday, 2 - 5 (Wet Studio, 4th Floor)
Friday, 12 – 5 (Wet Studio, 4th Floor)
